Who offers the site
Lince Media LLC, at 25 SE 2nd Ave, Ste 550 #1172, Miami, FL 33131, United States, offers Oh Santa. It is a Secret Santa draw on the web, free and with no account.
The service
You can create a draw, keep couples apart, generate one link per person, and delete it when the exchange is over. There is no sign-up and no charge for that draw.
The site can change. We do not promise the whole website will stay the same. A draw you have already created is not charged for.
Links and participants
Whoever creates the draw chooses the names, the budget, and the exclusions, and sends the links. The site does not check that those people agreed, does not buy the gifts, and does not stand between the giver and the receiver.
The private link is the key to the result. Whoever posts it in an open group no longer has a secret. Keep it, and delete the draw when you are done.
Santa’s ideas
The notice for gift ideas by email and WhatsApp is voluntary. It is not a condition of using the draw. If you press “I want ideas”, you agree that we may write to those details. You can stop that whenever you want, without losing the draw.
Acceptable use
Do not use the site to bother people, to add someone who is not taking part, or to try to see another person’s result. We can delete a draw if that is needed for the site to work or to stop abuse.
Content
The text and illustrations on the public pages belong to Lince Media LLC. The names, messages, and ideas a group writes belong to whoever provided them.
Liability
The service is offered as it is, and free. We are not responsible for a gift, a forwarded link, or a short interruption. None of this removes liability that the law does not allow to be excluded.
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you keep the protection that the rules of your country do not allow to be taken away.
Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States. If you are a consumer in the European Union, the mandatory rules of your country also protect you, and you can go to the courts where you live. Otherwise, the courts of Miami-Dade County, Florida.
